Born in Buenos Aires towards the end of the '20s, Lydia Scotty's innate artistic vocation turned into a star at the age of just 18 as a popular classical dancer and singer. After a air crash in Brazil, she was rescued by the Tabajaras Indians. She began to learn the indigenous songs and to dance to their rhythms. Back to the civilization, she performed accompanied by an anaconda and enjoyed popularity in Latin America and Europa.
With the desire to introduce her to today's audience, we have brought together, for the first time on CD, the best of her discography. In this selection, she sings in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian and Brazilian dialect.
