This trio, led by catalan pianist Lluís Coloma was created in 2001. With the came out of his first CD, REMEMBER (Omix Records 2002), he has become a new talent in Spain, receiving very good reviews from the press and media and from the audience as well. This CD has been selected by SGAE in a Spanish music compilation to be promote internationally.
Lluís Coloma plays own compositions in a performance full of power, dynamics and honestity. His music evokes the New Orleans pianists sound going trough Barrelhouse style to Chicago, cradle of electric Blues. The trio stands with an acustic blues sound as Boogie Woogie piano players tradition. Rhythm, passion and emotion. A deep music with a festive touch.
The band is having a great success in the most important Spanish jazz clubs as: Café Central de Madrid, Black Note de Valencia, La Bilbaina del Jazz de Bilbao, Jamboree de Barcelona.
