Elisenda Julià
Singer Elisenda Julià, was born in Barcelona. She has studied with Diana Palau, Mayte Alguacil, Celeste Alías, Juliane Heinemann and Carme Canela, graduating in Jazz Singing at the Superior Conservatory of the Liceu.
She has been a vocalist for the gypsy jazz group «Scaramouche» and «The Django Orchestra Big Band», as well as for «Easy Living Trio» and has participated in numerous small-format formations with Toni Mora, Albert Bello, and collaborations as with Magali Sare, Soda Jazz Trio, and the Pol Prats Quartet.
Her debut album "Love Will Be the Theme Song" is a co-led duet album with much-in-demand guitar player, Rai Paz. Issued in 2023 by Fresh Sound Records.
