Kike Angulo
After finishing his Jazz studies at the Lyceum Conservatory in Barcelona, he began working as a guitarist at the Francesc Burrull Combo (participating in 'Festival de Jazz de Jóvenes Músicos Europeos') or playing with musicians such as Daymond Bround or Francesc Capella.
In 2003 he is living in New York taking lessons with Peter Bernstein and Jim Snidero among others, in Boston with Rick Pekan and with Jessey Van Ruller in Holland. In 2005 works as a sideman playing with musicians of international stature such as Jorge Rossy and Mike Kaupa. In 2006 he is part of the Classical Bebop and Swing guitar duo along with Guitarist Dave Mitchell, a duo that toured all around Spain playing concerts and masterclasses dedicated to jazz guitar.
In parallel, he is a member of the W.A.F. Trio, a group that shares with Phil Wilkinson in the organ and Roberto Faenzi on drums, doing concerts...
